The Texas Wine Auction proudly presents "Wellness Uncorked," a comprehensive initiative dedicated to supporting the health and mental awareness of individuals within our community. Through strategic partnerships and targeted programs, we aim to make wellness accessible and achievable for everyone.
o Medical Referrals: In collaboration with various agencies, we offer referrals to low-cost medical services, ensuring that everyone has access to essential healthcare.
o Counseling Services: Our program includes individual and group counseling sessions led by licensed professionals. Texas Wine Auction Foundation funds an LPCA intern program, providing the necessary supervision hours for interns to achieve licensure. These interns, in turn, offer valuable counseling to individuals and families referred to the program.
o Educational Programs: We host a variety of educational workshops and seminars aimed at enhancing mental health awareness and providing practical tools for well-being.
o Physical Wellness: Engage in activities and programs designed to improve physical health, from fitness sessions to nutrition counseling.
o Mindset Coaching: Participate in mindset coaching programs that help build resilience, enhance mental strength, and promote a positive outlook on life.
