Who is Texas Wine Auction Foundation?
How It All Started
The Texas Wine Auction Foundation (TWAF) was founded to bring together wine enthusiasts, industry professionals, and philanthropists to support charitable causes in local communities and the Texas wine industry. Inspired by the strong sense of community in the Texas Hill Country and Texas' emerging role as a top wine producer, the inaugural auction drew attendees from across the state and beyond. It featured live and silent auctions with rare wines, vineyard experiences, and unique packages donated by generous supporters. The foundation’s mission is to ensure that the Texas wine industry not only thrives but also contributes positively to the well-being of the communities that sustain it.
What We Do
The Texas Wine Auction Foundation raises funds to support nonprofits and initiatives that benefit our community. Over time, TWAF has grown significantly, raising substantial funds to support health, education, and other initiatives in the Texas Hill Country and beyond.
